Billing and Payment Plans
All Seasons, P.H.E., Inc. provides payment terms in accordance with all applicable laws under the State of Maine.
Late Payments: Fees and Actions
All invoices are due upon receipt.
After 30 days past due your bill receives a one time late payment fee of $50.
After 60 days past due, your bill begins to accrue interest at a rate of 3% monthly.
At 90 days past due we turn over the debt to our collection agency.
At 120 days past due we place a contractor’s lien on the property.
The debt continues to accrue interest until it is paid in full and in accordance with all applicable laws under the state of Maine.
